Log into your Asmodee account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a digital return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
